According to the By-Laws, the Home Owners Association (HOA) is made up of a board of elected volunteers from the neighborhood serving Highview Estates.  The current board is as follows with links to their email addresses.

The Neighborhood

Highview Estates at Lake Providence is a 52 home residential neighborhood in the Town of Weddington, Union County, NC, connected to Lake Providence development at one end and Antioch Church Road at the other.  It was originally developed in the mid 90s and continues to be a charming neighborhood of 1 acre and larger lots with a mix  of brick and stucco homes, trees, landscaping, and rolling lawns.

Located in the northwestern corner of Union County, NC.  The Town of Weddington encompasses approximately 17 square miles or roughly 11,000 acres.  The Town’s population as of the 2020 US Census is 13,181 residents.
